By downloading or using Lumio, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumio. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Lumio for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.

3. Subscriptions

Lumio offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading crowd signals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the app.
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Accuracy of Information

Sun scores, weather conditions, and venue information are provided for informational purposes only. Lumio relies on third-party data (weather APIs, mapping services) and cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always use your own judgement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Lumio — including design, trademarks, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lumio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumio.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Lumio at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Lumio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
